Winter warmer pork and vintage 50s fabric table cloth

It was time to make use of my brussel sprouts, courgettes, onion and pork in the fridge... so nice to use my vintage table clothe and glass for the apple sauce!

I am so very fond of the print on this darling little 50s table cloth!

Warming salmon and veg pie

I had originally decided to make a proper pie you know with pastry but the ready roll which I had defrosted had gone off... I know I should have used it straight away... not to worry... I can still have the pie without the pastry...salmon, carrot, potato, onion, green bean pie with brie flavoured white sauce...

..placed on some of my favourite vintage barkcloth,

using one of my set of favourite glasses.... a little sip of vino and...

....my fab 70s salt, pepper and condiment sets!

Sunday Breakfast

Liisa had been creating lovely recipes again and one day she came in with her lovely apple, rhubarb and cinnamon compote! Hmmm I thought that would be just right on my porridge on Sunday morning! AND IT WAS!!! Trouble is I have a feeling I will just sit and eat it out of the jar this evening! No porridge and compot on Monday morning!
I also recently found this lovely fabric in another charity shop expedition makes a lovely table cloth! Me thinks!
