Kimono Material Cushions

I seem to be obsessed with gorgeous sumptuous Japanese Kimono fabrics...I wanted to make these up for a couple of weeks...but was just getting over the Christmas rush!! I have these in JunkN8Disorderly in Crouch End, London. £30 (with a IKEA cushion inner) in the shop...I have also taken some commissions so if you prefer a different colour/print way as well as shape just contact me...!!

Tretchikoff Print

So I have quite a few Tretchikoff prints all of the Chinese ladies or painted ladies as they are also known! This is a double..if almost mint condition...I recently sold quite a few of my retro Tina Lynch prints ...and due to my operation clear out that I am doing this rare double has to go.... it is large. The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady Edith Holden

Happy and Healthy New Year! It seems fitting to highlight this amazing diary by Lady Edith Holden started in 1906. She had decided to document the changing seasons for a year....drawing flowers, insects, animals and birds and also noting her favourite sayings and thoughts of the year. She tragically died in 1920 drowning in the Thames whilst gathering buds from chestnut tree. It lay undiscovered until the 1970s when her great neice allowed it to be published.

I have been thinking of making these since last Summer and only now have had a the push to actually make them up and I really enjoyed the process of choosing the prints to go together.......mind you often that usually takes the longest!!!........These are ready for the Fox Tavern's Christmas Craft Fair, Hanwell, nr Ealing, London.
