So it's the sales and I thought I'd pop down to Oxford Street in my little 50s 'style' silk dress but with a proper 50s Alpine Cardi!! So packed outside the changing rooms I must have added another 10 minutes while I was trying to get the pose!! oh dear!
Well this little collection of crochet dollies were up on my window for a while last year and just didn't look right, here take a look! I had only threaded them through ribbon then! That was until I talked to Liisa and I had already thought of stiffening them with glue but she had found that sugar water worked! So I had a go and have decided to keep them up!! They look ten times better than my earlier attempt in 2011!
The end of Christmas...... and I thought I would show you some of the 'reindeer' cards I made. I must say I am very proud of them and were very effective I think! Amazing what you can do with a bit of lovely 'old' fabric and nice 'brown' card!!
So my dearest friend Mark and his lovely wife Susan gave birth (well Susan did!!) to lovely little baby Lula and so I've made this little trial bit of bunting for her bedroom! Lets hope it gets to Germany safely!
