Oh a little trip to LUSH in Liverpool Street to pick up some little bits for my sis but then also a little Gingerbread House for me!!! I love them its like having a bath in creamy gingerbread mix (with out the lumps) haha !! Yummy!
Well here I am in my little velvet 50s lady with the ladies from Lush!! I have to say their friendly fun and un pretentious lovelyness should be bought to the attention of their big boss. It was a total pleasure to shop in there on Christmas Eve! I bet you can't say that about a lot of other shops!!!!
Now I also have to tell you about Aimee from brightyoungtwins@blogspot.com was in Lush and you can see her in the picture. I love her and her friend Harriet's blog! Stunning vintage images and even a post on doing your own Pin curls in her Lazy Tutorial!! All your your pictures put mine to shame!!!

Heinz Villiger Erotic Vintage Playing Cards
I do find these erotic 1950s images so stylish infact I have tried to do a bit of research on the web and there does 't seem to be much written about him. I don't know too much about Heinz Villiger but here is a link to a book on him and this genre. It is called called 'Stacked Decks, the art and history of erotic playing cards by the Rotenberg CollectionI found them in an antique and collectables centre in Surrey, England.

VINTAGE BETTY ZEE The Fox Inn Craft Fair 10th December 2011
What a day that was! My first ever craft fair selling the little bits that I make.
Felt felted by moi and made into brooches with vintage buttons and old brooches for the centres! Lavender bags made from durham quilts from the 20s and 30s and organic lavender from my garden, customised frames with Edwardian Lace and little hankie bags from the 30s, home made cards made using vintage fabrics, owls made all from original vintage fabrics, tote bags and upcycled bags with felted flowers on them and cushions made from vintage fabrics...... phew!!!! HAPPY DAYS!!!!
